Single Tenancy Split into Two Major Retail Brands

DBR Property Services engaged MPE Group Interiors to undertake a comprehensive project transforming an aging 2500 square meter Target store into separate spaces for two major national retail brands: Supercheap Auto and Petbarn.

MPE Group Interiors spearheaded the entire sub-division process, showcasing their expertise in managing complex projects from start to finish. This included navigating regulatory requirements, obtaining council plans and permits, and ensuring compliance with zoning laws and building codes.

In addition, MPE Group Interiors collaborated with fire engineering experts to design robust fire safety measures for the revamped space. They also engaged skilled mechanical engineers to devise optimal HVAC systems tailored to the specific needs of Supercheap Auto and Petbarn.

MPE Group Interiors coordinated various trade services, such as plumbing, electrical work, and lighting, to ensure seamless integration and adherence to the highest standards of quality, functionality, and safety.
