MPE Group were engaged by the landlord to complete this high-end retail conversion, interior, electrical and mechanical fitout.

Featuring the amalgamation of two retail spaces into a single 2,000 sqm tenancy the mechanical scope also incorporated the installation of 2 x 50kw HVAC package units and duct work.
