MPE were engaged by a Defence contractor to renovate an existing workshop, to meet the requirements of a new contract.

The project had numerous challenges, from planning & design, through to customer sign-off.

The workflow of the contract required island workbenches, and due to the overhead crane, all services (electrical, compressed-air and data) had to be concealed in underground trunking.

Underground trunking, floor coverings and any floor repairs were to have a 1-tonne load rating.

Working in and completing the project to a Clean room standard.

Specialized lighting commissioning requirements.
